Organic theater is a unique approach that relies upon a collective vision and guidance.
It is raw, unpredictable and fluid. It projects a people’s voice and celebrates the growth
that we experience together as a team.
Our name comes from Salvadoran Archbishop Oscar Romero, assassinated in 1980 after speaking out against a
brutal and murderous dictatorship supported in part by the Government of the United States.
We follow his lead in speaking truth to power.
